LVVA TAGS
Only one set of tags may be purchased per parcel of land. Only property owners may purchase tags. If you are renting a home, please contact the property owner in order to purchase tags for you. Payment of dues entitles you to ten beach tags and two vehicle cards. Each member or guest must WEAR a tag where it is clearly visible on beach property. Cars parked at the lakefront must have a vehicle card visibly displayed in the windshield during all seasons. Persons without tags will be asked to leave the property.

LVVA boat stickers are required annually for all boats moored in the water and for rowboats, catamarans, and canoes stored on land. Stickers are provided free of charge. The sticker helps us to identify boat owners in case of vandalism or if a boat breaks loose from its mooring. The  sticker must be visible when your boat cover is on. Only boats registered to LVVA property owners may be moored on Association property. There will be no boats allowed on the shore near the boat launch pier. All rowboats, catamarans, and canoes need to be stored on the east side of the property.

ATTENTION ALL BOATERS All moored boats need to use round, orange, floating buoys attached to your mooring system. The orange buoy needs to have your boat sticker number clearly visible in black writing. This will help lessen confusion during the season. In addition, once the season begins and moorings are marked, the unused moorings will be removed from the boating area. The orange buoys need to be removed come fall, many members did not remove their buoy last season. Please remember to do so this season!!!

THE NEW BOAT PIER IS A HUGE SUCCESS!!! All the boat slips have been rented. If you are interested in renting a boat slip in the future we are keeping a list of all interested members. Contact Kristen Daun to have your name placed on this list.

The Officers and Board of Directors want to remind you that this is a MEMBERS ONLY beach. Please do not give your tags or launch keys away to non-members. Utilize your extra tags for your guests. Also, please do not feed the geese. Goose feces are a real problem and we do not want to encourage their habitation. There is no picnicking on the beach and all food and drinks should be taken to the rocks near the parking area. Dispose of all your garbage in the cans near the beach entrance. Please help to keep the beach and park area clean!

CAUTION Zebra mussels have taken habitat in our lake. They are extremely sharp and may cut your feet if stepped on. Swimmers should take precaution and wear water shoes to protect feet from injuries.

PLAYGROUND If you see any bees or wasps in or near the playground equipment or burrowing in the sand and grass please contact us ASAP. We will do our best to limit this problem. Call Kristen or Jason Daun at 487-9831.

LVVA will not be responsible for any injury, property damage, or loss on the Association’s property. Please sign and complete the waiver form and have the form completed when paying your membership dues. Don’t forget to visit our website, www.lvva.net!!!

Thank you,

Kristen Daun, LVVA Secretary
