L.V.V.A. Beach Regulations

1. Changing of clothes is prohibited on the lake front or in cars parked at the lake front.
2. Bathing with soap or shampooing hair on the lake front is prohibited.
3. No animals or pets will be allowed on the lake front or in the water.
4. The use of intoxicating beverages is prohibited.
5. No food, bottled or canned beverages are allowed on the lake front.
6. Picnicking is prohibited on the lake front.
7. Boats are prohibited from entering the swimming areas.
8. Fishing within the swimming area is prohibited.
9. Parking of boat trailers at the lake front is prohibited.
10. The “ Fire Lane ” is designated as the boat launching site.
11. Members of the association and their guests are the only person allowed on the lake front.  Other persons will be considered trespassers except those person entitled to access to the lake front across the designated part of the Association’s property.
12. Any person committing vandalism to the lake front property will be prosecuted.
13. The association will not be help responsible for any personal injury or personal property damage or loss on the Association’s property.
14. Beach hours will be posted on the lake front as set by the Association.
15. Bicycles will not be ridden on the lake front and will be parked only on the stand provided.
16. All baseball playing activities will be restricted to the designated area at the far east end of the lake front.  Hard ball playing will be restricted to persons fifteen years of age and younger.  This will exclude any organized team practice or games by groups – such as Minor League, Pony League, Schools or Church Groups, etc.
17. Other athletic games will be played in their designated areas only.
18. Suspension of beach and park privileges as contained in ARTICLE XI By-Laws of Lake View Villa Association.
